This may lead you to question, what is the difference between gender equality and gender equity? While gender equality refers to a group of people, equity recognises that each person has a different circumstance, and the aim is to focus resources and opportunity on their needs to reach an equal outcome – Equality is giving everyone a t-shirt. Equity is giving everyone a t-shirt that fits. And our t-shirt just happens to be Green!

“After a decade in the industry, I have noticed a shift in the way people view and value the opportunities women can create in manufacturing and technical roles. We are very privileged to have extremely talented women in and joining our business and I believe a diverse team is what makes a successful business, people of different ages, backgrounds, ethnicities and genders allow for excellent growth and innovation.” – Sarah Cramer Managing Director – GWE Group Ltd

GWE Group Ltd is dedicated to promoting women’s advancement by providing opportunities for professional development, training, and mentoring. On this International Women’s Day, GWE Group Ltd is proud to reaffirm our commitment to women’s empowerment and gender equality. We encourage everyone to #EmbraceEquity and work towards creating a more inclusive and equitable world.
